With our sustainability program VERCARESBUERO, we create a corporate philosophy that unites and actively involves employees across all divisions of VERKEHRSBUERO.
All our brands of VERKEHRSBUERO HOSPITALITY are part of this program: all hotels operated under international franchise brands as well as under the Austria Trend brand, our event locations of Palais Events with Café Central as well as our MICAMPA camping places.
At our HOSPITALITY locations, defined areas of action focus on resource conservation and the circular economy. This includes, among other things, energy-saving measures (e.g. the installation of LED lighting and automatic shut-off systems for lights and electronic devices), as well as sourcing selected regional and organically grown products. Many of our locations have been awarded the Austrian Ecolabel or are in the certification process, or are certified with the Green Key label.
